What these terms cover

These terms apply to the website at fleetviewmarine.com, run by FleetView Marine, Lisbon, Portugal (see the legal notice). They do not cover FleetView OS itself: use of the product is governed by the agreement signed between FleetView Marine and each customer, which takes precedence over anything here. By using the website you accept these terms.

The content is information, not advice

The pages, the knowledge hub, the glossary and the frequently asked questions describe how yacht management works in general terms. They are not legal, safety, regulatory or financial advice for your vessel. Rules differ by flag state, vessel size, area of operation and use, and they change. Check the regulations that apply to your vessel with your flag state, classification society or adviser before acting on anything you read here.

What is shown of the product

The product interfaces on this website are illustrations of FleetView OS built for the website. The vessels, people, figures and dates in them are invented. Features and layouts may differ from the version a customer runs.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but it is provided as it is, with no promise that it will be free of errors or interruptions. We may change, add or remove content at any time without notice. To the extent the law allows, FleetView Marine is not liable for loss arising from use of the website or reliance on its content.

What you may reuse

The names FleetView Marine and FleetView OS, the logo, the text and the product illustrations belong to FleetView Marine. You may quote short passages, including glossary definitions, provided you name FleetView Marine as the source and link to the page. Reproducing whole pages, the logo or the product illustrations, or using the names in a way that suggests a connection with FleetView Marine, needs our written agreement.

Links to other sites

Where the website links to another site, that site is not under our control and the link is not an endorsement. Its own terms and privacy rules apply there.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute about the website goes to the courts of Lisbon, Portugal, without prejudice to any mandatory rules that protect you where you are based. If part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still applies.
