Your FleetView OS, built around what your operation needs.
FleetView Marine builds each FleetView OS around one operation, with whatever features it needs and the repetitive work automated. These are some of the parts we build most often. It runs in a browser, on a desk or on a phone at the dock.

The whole fleet, from one screen.
Home shows what needs attention today and puts every module one click away.
- Ask anything. Type a question about the fleet in plain language.
- Daily brief. A fresh summary each morning: issues, maintenance, charters, finance.
- Modules. Finance, expenses, cruise files, crew and the logbook, one tap away.
- Vessel cards. Open documents, issues and maintenance items per boat.
Two things need you before Thursday.
Meridian engine service is 3 weeks overdue. Aurora: 120h check due Thursday.
One vessel, its status and its numbers.
Each boat has a dashboard that tells the owner how it is doing before anyone has to ask.
- Status tiles. Critical, Attention or fine per area. Tap one to open the records.
- Revenue. This year and this month, straight from the cruise files.
- Calendar. The next booking and what is on this week.
- At a glance. An optional condition score from 0 to 100 sums up documents, equipment, maintenance and open issues.

Doca de Alcântara to Cascais, 6 guests. Skipper: R. Almeida.
Certificates and licences that never expire unnoticed.
Every document sits on its vessel with an expiry date, so renewals are planned rather than discovered.
- One list per vessel. Certificates, licences, surveys and insurance, with a count of what needs attention.
- Add a document. Upload the file and set the expiry. Tracking starts from there.
- Colour per record. Expired, Expiring soon or Valid.
- On the dashboard. Document status lights the Documents tile on the vessel dashboard.

Jobs planned by date or engine hours.
Each vessel carries its own maintenance plan, and whatever is overdue sits at the top.
- By hours or by date. Intervals in engine hours, calendar days, or whichever comes first.
- Overdue first. The list is sorted by urgency, so the job to move on is the first line.
- On the dashboard. A job past due lights the Maintenance tile on the vessel dashboard.
- Service history. Every completed job stays on the vessel, with its date and reading.

Every charter as a file: client, boat, crew and payment.
Cruise files keep bookings, amounts and payment status together, so the team and the accounts agree.
- Two views. The files themselves, or analytics across them.
- Add a cruise. Client, boat, date, crew and payment in one form.
- Payment status. Paid or Unpaid per cruise. Unpaid rolls up to the counter.
- Totals per file. Cruise amount, extras and expenses, ready to print.
Aurora · Day charter
The crew, their records and their work in one place.
Each person has a profile on the vessel, and the work assigned to them sits beside it, so the crew and the office look at the same list.
- A profile per person. Documents, sea time and pay sit with the crew member, not in a folder somewhere else.
- A person and a day. Each task has an owner and a date, and a status: Planned, In progress, Done.
- Done from the dock. The crew close tasks on a phone as the work is finished.
- Crew list as a PDF. Print the current crew list when it is asked for.
Who does what, and when
Each passage on record, signed every day.
The captain logs events as they happen, and each is stamped with the time and the boat's position.
- Quick events. Departed, arrived, engine, weather, watch, anchored, moored, incident or a note, in a tap.
- Automatic track. While a passage is open, the route is recorded as the boat moves.
- Signed each day. One page per day, signed by the captain. A correction is a new entry, never an erasure.
- Exports. PDF, CSV and GPX, ready to hand over.
Passage 24/09/2026
Revenue, costs and margin by year, month and cruise.
Completed and upcoming cruises meet every operating cost, so margin is a fact rather than a guess.
- Five modes. Single year, income statement, comparison, forecast and custom range.
- Realized and projected. Completed cruises, upcoming bookings and the total pipeline.
- Margin. Revenue less all operating costs, per year and per cruise.
- Month by month. Realized revenue solid, projected hatched.

Ask a question, get an answer from your own data.
The Fleet Copilot reads the same vessels, documents, cruises and costs as the rest of the app, so the answer is current and specific.
- Plain language. Ask the way you would ask a manager.
- Shows its sources. Which fleet data it consulted to answer.
- Specific answers. Vessels, dates and priorities from the live records.
- Keep going. Follow up in the same thread. It can log tasks for you.
Ask anything about your fleet — maintenance, cruises, issues, finance and more.

The screens on this page are examples of what we have built for clients, with invented vessels and figures. Yours is built around your operation.
Tell us about your fleet.
Every project starts with a conversation about how you run your boats. If new software is not the answer, we will tell you.
