Who hosts it
The website is served by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States, from its network of servers, including those in the European Union. Email from the contact form is sent through Resend and delivered to a mailbox run by Google. How each of them handles data is set out on the privacy page.
Who we sell to
FleetView OS is sold to businesses: yacht management companies, owning companies and the captains who work for them. It is not offered to consumers, so the consumer dispute resolution bodies and the complaints book (Livro de Reclamações) that apply to consumer sales do not apply here. Any question or complaint goes to contact@fleetviewmarine.com and is answered by a person.
What belongs to us
The names FleetView Marine and FleetView OS, the logo, the text on these pages and the product interfaces shown on them belong to FleetView Marine. The vessels, people and figures in the product demos are invented so that no real vessel is shown with an invented fault. You may quote short passages with a link to the source, as described in the terms of use.
