About

Built on a working fleet, in Lisbon.

FleetView Marine is a marine software company in Lisbon. It builds custom management software and automations around the way each client runs their boats.

What FleetView Marine is

FleetView Marine is a marine software company in Lisbon, Portugal. It looks at how a yacht or a fleet is actually run, builds the management system around that, and automates the work that falls behind when the season gets busy.

What each client ends up with is their own FleetView OS. No two are identical: it can include any feature the operation needs, and often holds documents, maintenance, issues, cruise files, crew management, the logbook and finances, and the Fleet Copilot to answer questions about all of it.

The clients are the people responsible for the boat: yacht managers at management companies, and captains who run a single vessel.

Why it exists

FleetView OS was built inside a working charter fleet, Yacht and Sunset in Lisbon, where it is in daily use. The paperwork lived in folders, the bookings in messages and a calendar, the numbers in spreadsheets, and the state of each boat in the head of whoever had last been aboard.

The software was written to put all of that in one place, on a phone at the dock as much as on a desk, and to say each morning what needed attention. That way of working, starting from how the operation actually runs, is what FleetView Marine now does for other operators.

There is no price list and no self-serve sign-up. Every project follows the same five steps, and the aim throughout is to add value, whether the answer is software or not.

  1. Discovery. We learn how you run your boats today: who does what, which systems you use, and where time is lost.
  2. Assessment. We tell you plainly whether a custom system would help. Sometimes the better answer is a change of routine or of who does what, and we say so.
  3. Pilot. We run a working system on your yacht or fleet and work out with you which parts of the management can be automated.
  4. Specification and budget. We set out what your FleetView OS will do and what it will cost, for your approval.
  5. Implementation and onboarding. Once you approve, we build it and bring your team onto it.

The result is your FleetView OS: management software built around your operation, to save time and run it more efficiently.
