# FleetView Marine > FleetView Marine is a marine software company in Lisbon that builds custom yacht management software and automations around how each client runs its yacht or fleet. Each client's system is its own FleetView OS, with any feature the operation needs; common parts are documents, maintenance, issues, refits, safety equipment, cruise files, crew management, the logbook and finances, and includes the Fleet Copilot, an AI assistant that answers questions about the fleet and writes a daily brief. It is not an off-the-shelf product. The clients are yacht managers at management companies and captains who run a single vessel. The first FleetView OS was built for, and is in daily use at, Yacht and Sunset in Lisbon, Portugal. Every project runs in five steps: discovery, assessment (including saying so when software is not the answer), pilot, specification and budget, then implementation and onboarding. There is no public price list; enquiries go through the contact page. ## FleetView OS - [FleetView OS](/product): parts often built into a FleetView OS - [For Yacht Managers](/for-yacht-managers): running several vessels from one place - [For Captains](/for-captains): running a single vessel ## Knowledge - [Knowledge hub](/knowledge): plain-language definitions of yacht management terms - [Yacht management](/knowledge/yacht-management): what it is, who does it, what it involves day to day, and what yacht management software should do - [Planned maintenance system](/knowledge/planned-maintenance-system) - [Running hours](/knowledge/running-hours) - [ISM Code](/knowledge/ism-code) - [Flag state](/knowledge/flag-state) - [MMSI](/knowledge/mmsi) - [P&I insurance](/knowledge/p-and-i-insurance) - [APA (advance provisioning allowance)](/knowledge/apa) - [MYBA charter agreement](/knowledge/myba-charter-agreement) - [Cruise file](/knowledge/cruise-file) - [Refit](/knowledge/refit) ## Company - [About](/about): who FleetView Marine is and how a project works - [Contact](/contact) - [Legal notice](/legal): who runs the site - [Privacy](/privacy): no cookies, cookie-free visitor statistics; what the contact form collects - [Terms of use](/terms)
