For Yacht Managers

Every vessel on one page. The one that needs you, first.

A management company runs several boats, several owners and one calendar. FleetView Marine builds your FleetView OS around how your company already works, and it tells you each morning where to look.

The questions

01Which boat needs me today?

Home opens on the daily brief: issues, maintenance, charters and finance across the fleet, written each morning. Below it, one card per vessel shows open documents, issues and maintenance items, so the boat that needs attention is the one that stands out.

You go straight to that vessel. The others can wait, and you know it.

02Is every certificate in date, on every boat?

Each vessel carries its own list of certificates, licences, surveys and insurance, each with an expiry date and a status: Valid, Expiring soon or Expired. Document status shows on the vessel dashboard and the fleet view, so a lapse on one boat stands out, not only inside its folder.

Renewals are planned, not discovered.

03What did each vessel cost, and what did it earn?

Cruise files hold every charter with its amount and payment status. Business and finance sets completed and upcoming cruises against every operating cost, by year, month and cruise, so margin per vessel is a figure rather than an estimate.

The owner gets an answer the same day they ask.

04Can I get an answer without opening five screens?

Ask the Fleet Copilot in plain language. It reads the same vessels, documents, cruises and costs as the rest of the app, shows which records it consulted, and answers with names, dates and priorities. Follow up in the same thread, or ask it to log a task.

Each morning

The brief is written before you wake.

Overnight the Fleet Copilot reads every vessel, document and open job, and sorts the day into what needs you and what does not.
